Implementasi Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) Pada Penentuan Kepala Kompetensi Keahlian SMK PGRI 1 NGAWI

Abstract

The Head of Expertise Competence (Kakomli) is an important position in competency skills at SMK PGRI
1 Ngawi. This research is action research that is casual and with a qualitative approach and this research focuses
on determining the Head of Expertise Competence. The selection of the Head of Expertise Competence must be
based on predetermined criteria. Simple Additive Weighting is an appropriate method to perform calculations using
multiple criteria and has a high level of accuracy. In this study, the criteria for calculating the SAW method were
the assessment of the leader, the level of teacher education, the length of work of the teacher, and the status of
the teacher. The results showed that by using the SAW method, accurate calculations were obtained and in a short
time.
