Through the proportionate stratified random sampling technique, 306 samples of adolescents were obtained as a source of research data that represented the population, namely SMA Negeri Semarang Tengah District. The research data were analyzed using descriptive statistical formulas in order to obtain the results that the psychological well-being of adolescents was in the moderate category (M = 72.09; SD = 8.64).
