Abstract

ABSTRACT

This community service activity was carried out on 5-7 December 2022 at 08.00-17.00 WIB at the Meeting Room of FKIP UTP Surakarta. Participants totaled 23 participants. Participants were very enthusiastic to follow the training material. Before the practice was given, the participants were briefly given material on sports physiotherapist techniques in addition to basic massage techniques and also basic massage technique component exercises to improve personal abilities. The method used is in the form of activities in sports training using a direct approach, demonstration, discussion, practice and evaluation of the uptake of athletes who participate directly on location, namely in the FKIP UTP Surakarta Meeting Room with theory and direct practice in the field. This training is provided so that participants know and understand the application of basic sports physiotherapist techniques in improving human resources, so that they can support the increase in the standard of living for the participants. The material that I conveyed in this activity was about the basic techniques of sports physiotherapist massage.
