Abstract

              The industrial visit to the Air Mancur Jamu Factory aimed to understand the production process, quality control, and operational management in the traditional herbal medicine industry. The methods used were direct observation, interviews, and documentation. The visit revealed that the Air Mancur Jamu Factory implements a structured production process, from raw material selection to product distribution, and adheres to strict hygiene and quality standards. This activity provided a practical understanding of the application of production management and quality control in the traditional medicine industry.
