PELATIHAN SMART PACKAGING BERBASIS WAYANG BEBER DAN LURIK SEBAGAI STRATEGI PENGUATAN IDENTITAS VISUAL DESA TLINGSING

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kreativitas dan pemahaman pelaku UMKM Desa Tlingsing dalam mengembangkan desain smart packaging yang memiliki identitas visual khas daerah. Desa Tlingsing dikenal sebagai sentra produksi kain tenun lurik yang memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan citra wilayah berbasis kearifan lokal. Akan tetapi, keterbatasan dalam pengetahuan desain kemasan dan pemanfaatan teknologi visual menyebabkan produk lokal belum memiliki daya saing yang optimal. Melalui pelatihan ini, tim pengabdi memperkenalkan konsep smart packaging yang mengintegrasikan unsur ilustrasi wayang beber, motif lurik, serta elemen digital sederhana seperti Barcode berisi web e-commercesebagai perangkat informasi produk. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, workshop desain, pendampingan teknis, dan uji kemasan prototipe. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap prinsip desain visual, kemampuan mengadaptasi elemen budaya lokal, serta peningkatan kualitas kemasan produk UMKM. Pelatihan ini berhasil memperkuat identitas visual desa dan memberikan dasar bagi strategi branding wilayah berbasis kearifan lokal.
