Abstract

This article is entitled diversification of Processed Fish through Empowering Fisherwomen in Bongo Village,Bokat District, Buol Regency, Central Sulawesi. The purpose oh this service is now to increase community knowledge, in this case, the fisherwomen’s group in terms of diversifying processed fish products into various processed food products that can be used as a business in order to increase the income of the community, especially fisherwomen’s group ini Bongo Village, Bokat District, Regency Buol.

The method implemented is by conducting socialization and training on how to utilize fish into a variety of processed products so that it can be made into a product that has high economic value. So that it brings benefits to the community, especially group of fisherwomen in Bongo Village, Bokat District, Buol Regency, Central Sulawesi Province.

The expected results of this community service activity are that fisherwomen have technical and management knowlerge regarding the diversification of fish processing, business management and the process of packaging processed products. It is hoped that the results of the training can be implemented so that they can increase family income and can open up new job opportunities for the community especially ini Bongo Village and in general for the people of Bokat District,Whose area is near the coast.
