PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN LKPD DIGITAL BERMUATAN KARAKTER BAGI GURU DALAM KURIKULUM MERDEKA

Abstract

Student worksheet is an alternative teaching material that is printed and accompanied by lesson plans that teachers can use in learning at school, this is because can train students to read, write, and encourage students to think critically about the material provided. The development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has encouraged a revolution in the field of education which is marked by the presence of digital transformation in learning, so it is hoped that teachers can package learning in digital form, including in the development of student worksheets. Seeing this situation, teacher training is needed as a form of innovation in developing a digital-based learning worksheet by adjusting student characteristics without forgetting character values in its implementation in the Merdeka Curriculum. The method used Experimental-based learning with simulations of developing digital worksheets for teachers at SMP Negeri 30 Jakarta. The results of the activity show an increase in teacher knowledge and skills in creating and developing digital worksheets in learning, teachers are also enthusiastic while participating in activities. Thus, similar training activities are needed to be able to upgrade knowledge and skills in line with the development of teacher competencies in the digital era.
