Abstract
The establishment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) provides a role as a reference in carrying out work. The reference is certainly a tool or standard for assessing performance in an institution. Without SOP, an institution, whether in a profit or non-profit organization, will be difficult to measure its effectiveness and efficiency. This service was carried out at CV. Lentera AdiJaya. The methods used in this service activity are (1) Conducting discussions with the owner, (2) Conducting observations to the related sections, (3) Conducting discussions with the service team, (4) Grouping problems according to the service team's field, (5) Delivering the results of the team's discussion to the Company. The conclusion of this community service activity is that the methods or solutions that the author can implement include providing SOPs for Promissory Notes, namely: (1) Requirements for factory receivables, (2) Factory receivables provisions, (3) Company history survey, (4) Application for submission of new customer IDs, (5) Input according to the requested goods into the information system, (6) Print invoices, (7) Enter them into the receivables installment card which is named after the factory, (8) If the due date is reached, the admin will arrange a temporary receipt to the factory, (9) Receivables after being paid off are considered paid and the limit returns to normal.
