Abstrak

Abaca bananas are a strategic fiber commodity with high economic value, but farmers' incomes are still influenced by various production and market factors. This study aims to analyze the effect of production, technology, and selling price on the income of abaca banana farmers in Essang Village. An explanatory research method was used with data collection through questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that production and selling price have a significant effect on farmers' income, while technology has not had a significant effect despite being positively evaluated by farmers. This condition indicates that increasing production capacity and price stability are the main factors in improving farmers' welfare. This study emphasizes the need for strategies to strengthen production, modernize technology, and support the market for the sustainable development of abaca bananas.
