Pengaruh Teamwork, Kompetensi, Dan Pemberian Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus CV. Ti Aval Tasikmadu)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teamwork, kompetensi dan pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Ti Aval Tasikmadu. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampling menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh 62 orang karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara mengajuka kuesioner berupa angket. Hasil Uji t parsial menunjukkan variabel teamwork berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,042 < 0,05, variabel kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkay signifikansi sebesar 0,030 < 0,05, dan insentif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,026 < 0,05. Pada uji F menunjukkan teamwork, kompetensi, dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Ti Aval Tasikmadu diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan (bersama-sama) dengan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork, competence, and incentive giving of employee performance on CV. Ti Aval Tasikmadu. This study uses a quantitative meethod with sampling using a saturated sample technique of 62 employees. Data collection techniques by submitting a quistionnaire in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the partial t test showed that the teamwork variable had a significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0,042>0,05, competence variable had a significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0,30 < 0,05, and incentive giving had a significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0,26 < 0,05. In the F test of teamwork, competence, and incetive giving of employee performance on CV. Ti Aval Tasikmadu the result show that there is a simultaneous influence (together) with the value of Sig. 0,000 < 0,05.
