ANALISIS LANGKAH AKTIVITAS FISIK SISWA MAN 1 KOTA TASIKMALAYA SELAMA PEMBELAJARAN PJOK

Abstrak

Aktivitas fisik berperan penting dalam menjaga kesehatan remaja, dan pembelajaran PJOK menjadi salah satu sarana utama pemenuhan aktivitas fisik harian di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis jumlah langkah dan tingkat aktivitas fisik siswa MAN 1 Kota Tasikmalaya selama empat sesi pembelajaran PJOK menggunakan aplikasi pedometer Google Fit. Penelitian menggunakan desain survei deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 70 siswa kelas X yang dipilih melalui teknik cluster sampling. Pengukuran dilakukan selama empat pertemuan dengan durasi masing-masing 2 × 45 menit. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan kategori tertil untuk menentukan tingkat aktivitas fisik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata jumlah langkah siswa berada pada kategori aktivitas sedang, dengan persebaran yang relatif seimbang antara kategori rendah, sedang, dan tinggi. Siswa laki-laki cenderung memiliki jumlah langkah lebih tinggi dibandingkan perempuan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PJOK memberikan kontribusi berarti terhadap aktivitas fisik siswa, meskipun pemerataan intensitas aktivitas masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan teknologi pedometer sebagai alat monitoring sekolah serta strategi pembelajaran yang lebih aktif dan inklusif.
