PELATIHAN ONLINE COURSE BERBASIS WEBSITE UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN PROFESIONAL GURU ONLINE

Abstrak

Online course berbasis website adalah e-learning yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru untuk menjadi salah satu media dalam menerapkan strategi belajar e-learning. Guru saat ini masih banyak yang belum mengetahui akan adanya media ini dan ataupun memanfaatkannya secara maksimal dalam pengembangan profesional guru online. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan peningkatan kompetensi dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital dan keterampilan dalam online course berbasis website (Diklat.co) untuk pengembangan profesional guru online. Pelatihan dilaksankan secara synchronous dan asynchronous, selanjutnya kegiatan dilakukan dengan pendampingan untuk memastikan guru dapat berinovasi untuk pengembangan profesional guru online. Peserta secara daring atau online sebanyak 100 guru yang berasal dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Berdasarkan analisis hasil online course berbasis website bagi guru untuk pengembangan profesional online pada aspek hasil sebesar 80,6% dengan kategori baik. Proses aspek hasil dari online course berbasis website untuk pengembangan profesional guru online terdapat faktor-faktor kendala atau hambatan, selain faktor-faktor kendala atau hambatan, pengabdian ini juga mendapatkan beberapa masukan serta harapan dari peserta selama kegiatan. Platform Diklat.co dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru dengan mengikuti pelatihan secara fleksibel, efisien, dan berkelanjutan, sehingga mendukung peningkatan kompetensi serta pengembangan profesional guru secara online.
