PELATIHAN PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI MENDELEY DESKTOP PERSIAPAN PENYUSUNAN TUGAS AKHIR MAHASISWA

Nowdays there is a program called Mendeley that we can use to write bibliographies automatically, making the process much simpler. This community service activity aims to find out the use of the Mendeley application for students in preparing their final project. The method used is lecture, practice, and question and answer. The participants in this activity were students of the English Language Education Study Program and students of the Pharmacy Study Program, Megarezky University. The results of the activity revealed that participants had a greater understanding and proficiency with the program. Participants who were able to install Mendeley increased by 100% during program installation. Participants are interested in using Mendeley to make citations for student final project scientific work because it is 100%. Meanwhile, 25% of participants experienced problems installing and synchronizing applications in MS Word. Mendeley software usage training increases participants' knowledge and understanding of using the program and their ability to use it to work on various scientific writing projects, such as journals and student papers
