Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines for International Journal of Agribusiness, Agroindustry, Agrotourism, and Permaculture (IJA3P):

1. Submission Process

  • All article submissions must be original and unpublished work.
  • Authors should submit their manuscripts through the online submission system available on the journal's website.
  • The manuscripts should be prepared following the journal's formatting guidelines.
  • The preparations before submission are as follows:

    4. Gold open access confirmation.

2. Manuscript Preparation

  • Title: The title should clearly represent the content of the manuscript and be concise. Paper’s title should be the fewest possible words that accurately describe the content of the paper maximum 14 Words.
  • Authors: Fill in your author information, including your name, affiliation, email address, and contact details. You might also need to provide information about co-authors if applicable. A manuscript submitted to IJA3P can include a maximum of five authors. This limitation is intended to ensure clarity in author contributions, affiliations, and responsibilities.
  • Abstract: The abstract should be clear, concise, and descriptive. This abstract should provide a brief introduction to the problem, objective of paper, methodology, conclusions, and implication. Abstract preferably not more than 200 words. Abstract does not contain any reference, formula, or number.
  • Introduction: Clearly introduce the research problem, research objectives, and provide relevant background information.
  • Methods: Describe the research design, materials used, and methodology employed in a detailed manner.
  • Results: Present the main findings of the study in a clear and concise manner using appropriate tables, figures, and statistical analysis.
  • Discussion: Interpret the results, relate them to the research objectives, and discuss their significance and implications.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the main conclusions derived from the study and provide insights for future research.
  • References: Cite all sources used following the preferred referencing style of the journal. References and citations must comply with the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th edition style guide.

3. Ethical Considerations

  • Authors should ensure that their research has been conducted ethically and complies with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Any potential conflicts of interest should be disclosed.
  • If human subjects or animal experiments were involved, appropriate ethical clearance should have been obtained.

4. Language and Style

  • Manuscripts should be written in clear and concise English.
  • Ensure correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling throughout the manuscript.
  • Use a consistent style and formatting for headings, subheadings, and citations.

5. Review and Publication Process:

  • All submissions will undergo a thorough peer-review process by experts in the field.
  • The review process may take several weeks, and authors will be notified of the decision (acceptance, revision, or rejection) in a timely manner.
  • If revisions are required, authors should address all the reviewers' comments and suggestions carefully.
  • Once accepted, the manuscript will be published in the next available issue of the journal.
